Scope of this notice

This notice describes the design of the current pre-launch website. The operating legal entity and privacy contact remain pending. It is not a completed financial-privacy notice for brokerage customers.

No Titan inquiry transmission

The preview’s inquiry tool formats a draft in your browser. It does not send that draft to Titan, upload it to a server, or store it in website local storage. A downloaded draft is saved on your device. Clear the form or close the page when finished.

Hosting and technical data

The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Provider practices and retention must be reviewed before production launch. When viewed inside a preview platform, that platform’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Cookies and analytics

The delivered front-end code does not add advertising cookies, analytics tags, tracking pixels or local-storage identifiers. WordPress administration, hosting infrastructure and plugins can introduce additional processing; those settings must be audited before launch. No consent-management claim is made.

Before enabling collection

Confirm the legal operator, privacy contact, purpose and categories of collection, recipients, security controls, retention, individual rights, applicable state law and vendor agreements. Publish a factually accurate notice before enabling a form, analytics or other new processing.

Future financial privacy

A future registered operation must separately assess its applicable financial-privacy and information-safeguarding obligations. The SEC’s Regulation S-P amendments address incident response and customer information protections. This website notice does not replace a required customer privacy notice or operating security program.

Current contact limitation

No verified privacy or general contact channel has been published. Do not send sensitive information. A public launch and collection of personal information remain blocked until a responsible contact and accurate policies are approved.
