DISCLOSURES / ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIPS
Fees & conflicts
Current pre-launch notice. Version: October 20, 2026.
No current fee schedule
Titan is not accepting brokerage accounts or M&A mandates, and has not adopted a public fee schedule. No fee, commission, retainer or success fee should be inferred from this website.
Future compensation disclosures
Before any authorized relationship, the actual compensation model, payment timing, third-party charges and material limitations must be documented and disclosed as required. Potential structures discussed in internal plans are assumptions, not offers.
Conflicts require facts
Future reviews must address relevant compensation incentives, ownership and affiliate relationships, referral arrangements, outside business activities, proprietary interests, transaction roles and clearing or routing economics. The site does not assert that any specific arrangement exists or that all conflicts have been eliminated.
Retail obligations if applicable
If the final business serves retail customers, applicable relationship summaries and recommendation-related disclosures must reflect the actual business. Form CRS is not automatically a substitute for the full Regulation Best Interest disclosure obligation, as explained in the SEC’s Regulation Best Interest FAQs.
Engagement-specific documents
Website information will not replace applicable account agreements, fee schedules, offering documents, transaction engagement terms or required customer delivery.
Read together with the disclosure center.
