DISCLOSURES / OPERATING ARRANGEMENTS
Execution & clearing
Current pre-launch notice. Version: October 20, 2026.
No operating arrangement announced
No clearing broker, custodian, execution venue or banking relationship is represented as established. Titan does not currently accept, route, execute, clear or settle orders.
No execution or routing reports
There are no Titan operating reports posted because the planned business is not active. A future reporting determination must be made based on actual activities and the rules then in effect.
Activity-dependent reporting
The future compliance review must assess the applicability of Rules 605 and 606, required public reports, customer-specific reports, publication formats and retention. The SEC’s order-execution and routing resource is a starting point, not a finding that every requirement applies to Titan.
Responsibility is not a marketing claim
A clearing or execution arrangement does not itself establish compliance with best-execution duties. Review the relevant obligations in FINRA Rule 5310. No execution quality, venue access, payment-for-order-flow arrangement or guaranteed result is claimed.
Future customer documents
Applicable carrying-firm notices, account agreements, product risks and service limitations must be established before any authorized customer relationship.
