Design intent

The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled fields, a skip link, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.

Scope and limitations

These design measures are not a certification of compliance with a particular accessibility standard or a guarantee that every user and assistive technology will have the same experience.

Contact channel

A verified accessibility contact is pending. The local inquiry tool may be used to prepare a draft, but it does not transmit a message. The production operator must provide a working way to report accessibility issues before public launch.

Ongoing review

Future edits, plugins and hosted services must be tested so that accessibility is maintained. An independent accessibility audit is recommended before operational release.
